A Beautifully Classic Up-Do at Nuthurst Grange. August 2016.

When Ally came to see me for her trial back in January, she had decided on her all-important wedding day style. By May – she had changed her mind (a bride’s prerogative, of course) and I was more than happy to help her vision come to life.

We had the most amazing morning getting ready; from the gorgeous floral bridesmaid gowns to the bubbles and nibbles, every detail fitted the occasion perfectly. For her bridal look, we crafted an elegantly detailed low bun, with a deep side part, plenty of texture and soft sweeping waves. Topped off with her sparkling accessories and full veil, this August bride was an absolute picture.

For her gaggle of bridesmaids, there were plenty of full curls, a healthy dose of volume and pretty gypsophila details for their half-up hairstyles to complement their fabulous mauve frocks. Not forgetting a bouncy blow-dry for the Mother of the Bride.

Gorgeous sunshine and clear skies awaited the bridal party as they travelled from Ally’s family home to St Mary Magdalene Church in Tanworth-in-Arden for her ceremony, and then on to Nuthurst Grange for the reception with new husband Matt.

Ally stunned in her intricate lace dress from Brides of Solihull and her perfectly polished makeup from super talented Rebecca Frances. The glittering personal details, amazing firework display, and soothing sounds of Something Acoustic suited her radiant style down to the ground and I’m so glad to have had Ally as a Hair Hostess bride.
